I haven't had a period in 4 months I've taken several of pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I'm urinating frequently, certain smells make me nauseous. I'm not sure what this could be. Please get back with me as soon as possible

It could be a lot of things. Go to the doctor. Many things interfere in a woman's cycle and there's no way to guess what is impacting yours. You're probably not pregnant.

Have you had a blood test done at the doctors office for pregnancy? It's long past time to go that avenue.
