Are the heads warped or not? How many miles are on this? Has it been severely overheated? That is what I was getting at. How much does either option cost?

Yea heads are warped it has 124,000 miles on it. I can't drive it for more then 10miles without it overheating. The couple places I took it to said 2000 for head gaskets or just replace the engine

In that case I'd get a fresh engine.
