Hello, I'm 13 years old and I've got these small red spots on the glans of my penis, they're really itchy and I need help, thanks!

Tell your parents to take you to the doctor.
You might have crabs (body lice) which is going to be very ichy. To get rid of it you buy RID at the drugstore and follow the directions. But basically you cover yourself in RID - everywhere especially around the infected area. Then you sleep with the RID on you all night and wash it in the morning. You will stay ichy for days because the lice are hatching and dying. After you sleep in it you have to wash your bed linens or they will come right back.
Main thing is follow the directions on the box. You can't get that stuff in your mouth or eyes.
Your parents need to know so they don't get it or any of your siblings either.

They will not go away. They will get worse. If it is body lice they are bugs planting eggs and those eggs will continue to hatch. I said you needed to tell your parents - you don't have to show your parents.
I got them in my 20s and I told my mom. She was a nurse. And one of my buddies got them 2 years ago and he did the RID thing.
They are easy to get rid of if you do it the right way. But they won't go away if you do nothing. The iching becomes really bad if you do nothing.
Trust me - and you need to learn to talk to your parents. They are on your side.

Okay then, but how do I consult them? What do I say? :(

They are your parents. Talk to them. They have had medical conditions before.
You can say "I think I may have body lice and may need to see a doctor." They will respect your privacy. And they will probably be proud that you brought this to their attention.

I would but it's really awkward and the doctor will want to have a look...

So what. He's a doctor. He has one. He's seen others. Sometimes we have to do things that make us uncomfortable but we still have to do them. It is part of moving from a child to an adult.
It is very simple. Deal with the issue and get better. Don't deal with it and get worse and worse and worse.

You can't be unless you go see a doctor. However, if I remember correctly the itching is very bad at night and after a hot shower.
Google body lice and see if it looks like what you got.

I've just had a better look and they're not spots. But the skin on the glans just seems to be peeling in different areas? What is this! D:

If it is truly peeling try using some lotion so that it won't be so dry.
I am passed the point of feeling comfortable discussing this with a 13 year old.

Bottom line... talk to your parents and see the doctor. Nobody else here can help you any more than that.

This whole thread is a troll. Sorry about that, non of this is real. I tried to get a trolling video out of this but it didn't work.
The spots were a lie so don't go thinking it's real. Sowwie :L
