Does My Brother need To Buy a Waste Pump To Mash The Sewage before Dumping the RV Grey & Black water into Our House Sewage clean out.

Brian's correct. You won't need a grinder pump. However I'm concerned about the connect to your cleanout. Can you describe it for me? Back to you. Tom
