Recently I had an ingrown toenail, I put this down to cutting my nails odd (I study beauty therapy and like to do my nails/toes a lot). It had got infected, swollen, leaking pus and sometimes blood. Recently I ended up with purple/red pin prick spots under the skin on my foot, followed my pains in both my legs but mostly the leg the ingrown nail was on, and I've been feeling sick with lots of pain in my muscles and around my body. What could this be? And what can I do?

It might be cellulitis. Have a doctor look at it.
