Sounds possible. The teeth are probably infected and that's not a good thing either. You really should get them taken care of before it becomes a health issue.

The rotten teeth aren't directly related to body odor, but you probably have a chronic infection in your teeth and gums that has lowered your resistance to bacteria all over your body. It's similar to really smelly feet, only in all your moist areas that perspire. You can even have fungus as well as bacterial infection. You may find that dental work followed by antibiotics and weeks of careful bathing will help, but it isn't as easy as just taking antibiotics and applying anti-fungal lotions. So see a dentist or dental school, and then see a doctor about 2 weeks later if it hasn't cleared with antibiotics + antifungal remedies you can buy in a drugstore.
