Old black & white movie about a quiz show where contestants were chosen based on costumes they wore. A contestant was chosen who was dressed as an enclclopedia because he said he knew everything. He did. Got to the last question, the correct answer to which would have bankrupted the company sponsoring the show. They asked him for his driver's license number or his social security number. Don't remember which. He couldn't answer the question, and the company was saved. Might have starred Clifton Webb.
