Hi I have a White Rodgers furnace for the past couple years it would work fine that every once in awhile the burners would stop firing after 3 to 4 seconds and I would give have a good smack with a hammer screwdriver right near Word says pilot shortly afterwards would start running fine and stay on recently but I need giving it a good whack isn't cutting it anymore what is going on with this thing is it going to be something worth saving or my going to need a whole new furnace please help, what part of my looking for that usually goes wrong and what's the cost of fixing it even a rough estimate would be a big help
