2000 chevrolet venture van... starts and runs till it warms up then sputters, bucks, stalls and won't start till it cools down... sometimes will struggle through the problem and run fine... so far have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, o2 sensor, and maf sensor...

Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) should solve the problem. Simply plug your coil packs into the new ICM. Heat is the enemy of ICMs.

How do I test the ICM?

Bench testing ICMs and coils is virtually useless. It does not come close to simulating the extreme heat that often causes these components to fail. I recommend replacing these critical and problematic components every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
Fact of Life:
You can take your ICM to AutoZone and have it tested on a Wells Machine. If it tests bad, it really is bad. However, if it tests okay, it may still be bad.
