Last Thursday night I ordered a Chicken Bacon Deluxe meal from McDonald's a couple of bights into the burger, I crunched into a hard substance, straight away I thought it was a bone until I pulled it out. It was a thin-ish piece of metal about three inches long submerged in the chicken patty it-self? I chipped my tooth, Should I sue?!

First its not a good idea to piggy back your question on another thread. To avoid confusion your question has been moved to its own thread.
Where you in the store when this happened? Did you report it to management? Did you incur dental expenses to fix the tooth?
Why should you jump to the thought of suing? If you were in the store and reported it to management, they should file a claim with their insurance. Their insurer should them pay your dental expenses to repair the chip.
Only if they refuse to cover your expenses should you think of suing.

Being it is now Tuesday (and 5 days later)... unless you brought it to the atttention of the Manager when it happened... the odds are you will spend a lot of money and accomplish nothing.
