Hello! I am 45 days late for my period, and show no signs or symptoms of getting it. I also show no signs that I've noticed of being pregnant. My last cycle was October 20th 2012, and my fiancé and I use condoms. I took an online test that says that its doubtful that I am pregnant, and I've also taken 4 HPTS that all came back negative. (2 First Response, and 2 Clear Blue digital). I am really starting to freak out because I don't have insurance, and cannot afford to go to the doctor, and also cannot afford nor want to be pregnant. What's the liklihood that I am?

We have no idea if you are pregnant. Please go to the ER or to a walk-in clinic (Planned Parenthood comes to mind) for a check up and probably blood test. If you are not pregnant, you definitely need a checkup to find out what is going on.
Please don't go to the ER... ER stands for EMErGENCY room and this is not an emergency. You will waste valuable resources that could be spent dealing with real emergencies.
What you could do though is go to your local health department or Planned Parenthood for a more reliable test.

There are many services available where you can get a free pregnancy test. Google it or call a doctors office and ask for a referral. One is planned parenthood and there are others.
An online pregnancy test? That's ridiculous. Nobody can test for pregnancy over the internet. If you got four negatives to at home pregnancy tests, you probably aren't pregnant or you possibly were at one time but have miscarried.

Very good chance that you tested too early, or that the test just isn't working. Many women don't ever get a reliable result from an at home pregnancy test. Did you test using first morning urine? When was the last time you tested?
Definitely time for a blood test. If you are pregnant, and don't want to keep the child, and you're considering abortion, then you have a very narrow window of time to find out and have that procedure done, if that's an option you're looking at. So it's time to get a blood test and find out once and for all.
Good luck.

If your last period was Nov 20, then you next period was due about Dec 20th or so, depending on the number of days your cycle varies.
Looking at that, it is really just first time now to start doing a HPT. Try one, but do it first thing in the morning as soon as you get up.
Condoms are far from 100 percent effective, having a 3 to 10 percent failure rate. So of course you could be pregnant.
