My fiancé recently had an affair with a woman that he works with and this woman is a foreign national, we live in northern ireland. Me and my fiancé have worked threw this and are plannung on getting back together, but the woman is pregnant and claiming the child is his she is bot 6weeks, she has threatened that she is going to go back to her home country and have the child there, but my fiancé wants to be part of the child's life and I won't stop that as we have 2 children of our own, she has said if he doesn't live up in same place as her that she leaving country can he stop her leaving help please I told my fiancé that she knows he will do anything to stop missing out on the child's life but. He said she is not getting him back. Can he stop her leaving the country, basically he has to stay up there and not at home with us, can we stop her leaving the country.

You need to consult a solicitor. I'm not sure how the laws in Ireland are. In the US he would have no options until the child is born.
