I don't want a direct answer, just how to set it up, what methods would work, etc. Please and thank you very much.

While piloting an oil tanker into port, the engine breaks down and the wind has accelerated the oil tanker to a speed of 1.56 m/s heading straight for a coral reef. The oil tanker is 525 m from the reef when the wind dies down and the engines get going again. The rudder is stuck in place so the only thing to do is try to accelerate straight backwards away from the reef. The mass of the oil tanker and cargo is 3.7x10^7kg, and the engines produce a net horizontal force of 8.1x10^4N on the tanker. The hull of the tanker can withstand an impact at a speed of 0.24 m/s. Does the tanker hit the Oil reef and if it does, will the oil be safe?
