I am looking at the SQL from my Kik Messenger database and the timestamps seem to be relative (and negative). How do I convert them to human date + time?

For example:

Message ID 5887 timestamp = -862616796
Message ID 5888 timestamp = -862580966
Message ID 5889 timestamp = -862572580
