I've got a question on the subject Management Accounting. I'm having some difficulties to slove my question. If you could please help me out of this, it would be great... My question is as follow:
"Dissuss why you think an understanding of human behaviour in organisation is important for the provision of management accounting information for control and decision making."

The purpose of Management Accounting is to provide information on how is the corporation running, and help gage the performance of employees, to do this, only ratios that lead to better performance should be used. And the better perfortmance should be in tandam with the target of the corporation. If this is not the case, the employees will react according to their own judgement, their high performance maybe not in the direction the management wish.
