I have a court date for a misdemeanor and I will probably be put on probation and charged a fine. Will I be able to move out of state to live with family friends in Colorado during my probation? What criteria do I have to meet?

YOU have to contact the state you have probation in because THEY make the rules. Not Colorado.

Your question was...

And again THAT is determioned by the state who puts you on probation... and you have yet to tell us WHAT state that might be. Nobody is going to take the time to give you a list of what each of the 50 states would require.
