My toenail broke from almost all the way to the bottom up but the top is still attached so lyk the center of it ripped across and left but the rest is attached what do I do? Nd I play soccer so should I stop playing for now?

I had this happen a lot when I played basketball. Usually the nails comes of by itself, you can try to help it along unless it hurts. If it doesn't hurt, you can continue playing soccer. If it hurts, wait until it stops. The nail will grow back.
