I have a Hampton Bay outdoor lantern by my front door that needs one of the light bulbs replaced. I don't have an installation guide anymore. How do I access the bulbs to replace them? Model number 161983 (purchased in 2009) When I turn the knob at the bottom the whole lighting mechanism inside the lantern turns. This doesn't seem right. Or is it?
