I have a Magic Chef furnace - Model EG6A100D-7. The igniter will light, but the gas doesn't flow so the furnace doesn't start.
I have "discovered" two methods to cause the furnace to start.
#1 - remove the front plate and blow gently on the igniter, this will cause the gas to flow and the furnace to start.
#2 - turn the digital thermostat from "on" to "off" wait approximately 20 seconds, and turn it back, the furnace will start properly and the house will start to get warm.
What part do I need to order to correct this issue?
Thank you.
