Hi tankrbill and welcome to The Plumbing Page at AskMeHelpDesk.com You are responding to a 6 year old dead thread so I gave you one of your own. Please check the date before you post. Thanks,
just installed new water heater, now the water pressure in one bathroom is coming out slow. Firstly, did you remove the aerator from the spout and check the screens? What I think has happened is that when installing the new heater you disturbed minerals built up in the pipe walls that's now clogging your faucet. If cleaning the aerator screens didn't get it try this,
Shut the water off under the cabinet ands open up the faucet. Remove the cartridge and check and clean the inlet ports. While the valve's open place a pan over it and turn the hot water on to flush out the supply. You should have a full sream when you do this. If not let me know. Good luck, Tom
