Im 17 I have a sore throat and every time I cough it hurts and when I breath out it hurts too.my throat feels like it has a lot of pressure on it and kindof have a burning feeling.im not sure of I have strep throat?I did have a running nose and I sneezed a lot but it went away once I took sum medician that's supposed to help my throat but it didn't help.I have a headache and I'm not sure if I have a fever because I have no way of taking my temperature.please help if youcan thanks,Jessica

We can't really diagnose over the internet and if you want to make sure you should see a doctor, but it sounds like a viral infection rather than a bacterial infection since you had a runny nose and sneezing as well. There isn't much you can do against viral infection other than waiting. You can take a pain killer like ibuprofen to make it easier for you to swallow.
