Recently cleaned the grids/cells. Now it doesn't work. I have power, and power light (orange) is illuminated. But the "performance indicator" light is no longer illuminated, and unit does not make the normal sounds of operation, such as the occasional snap noise. :)

I checked and cleaned the contact points on the cells and the copper contacts with a scotchbrite pad and electrical contact cleaner, no change. The wires on the grids are intact, and there are no broken ones.

I read the service manual to check the operation of the Air Proving Switch. It is working, but only showing about 75 VAC (Fluke true RMS meter), where the manual says it should be 105 to 115 VAC. Do I need a new APS or is there a power supply issue or?? This unit is 8 years old.

I am not much of a DIYer... more of a hack, but can follow instructions and have basic tools. Any advice appreciated.

Okay did a test of the High Voltage Power Board... testing from HV1 to ground, I am getting 235 VDC or there about. Is this good, bad?

BTW, I notice it says to conduct test with a meter capable of reading to 10,000 VDC... mine only reads to 1,000 VDC
