Whether YOU can depends on whether your parents allow you have a girlfriend and her parents allow her to have a boyfriend.

Im 11 with a girlfriend the same age as me so as long as your 10, 11, 12 then it won't be a weird relationship but if your thinking about sex then you have problems

Do you parents and hers have your parent's approval to be boyfriend and girlfriend? Are you seriously advocating 10 yr olds dating?
