Last night when I was lying down to go to sleep. I had a sharp explosive like pain in my head. I saw a flash of bright light when this occurred. My eyes were closed.The pain only lasted seconds. I went to sleep sometime afterwards and today I feel OK, but my head feels a little tender in that area. I do have many herniated discs in my spine. Should I seek Emergency care treatment. Today is Sunday.
