Refuse to move until your lease expires. That should help drive away buyers.
Laws regarding what your rights are vary by state, and in some, the new owner must honor your lease.

The landlord has no choice, you just don't move, if they try to evict you win the case.

The owner can sell, but the new owner will have to honor the lease. Merely selling does not breach the lease

How has the landlord not honored your lease? You need to define that.

Unless your lease specifically says he can't sell (unlikely) then that does not violate your lease. Nor is it up to the landlord honor your lease after the sell, that is a requirement of the purchaser.

However, if he tries to get you to move before the lease is up, then ask him to buy you out. Two months rent plus moving expenses would be reasonable.
