This is kind of embarrassing so I am doing this here.

The end of my penis there is swelling on both side of my urethra. Its red and painful at times. It seems to go away then comes back. It has been on and off for about a month. I don't really want to go to the doctor about this, is their any home remedies that can be done. I was thinking of applying fucidin cream in hopes that it would help my situation.

Can Fucidin be applied to the penis?

No you have to go to the doctor, the cream will not help with this most likely.

And why embarrassed, that is childish, getting proper medical care and being seen by the doctor is just part of life.
