I am only 14 and I can't have an STD because I'm not sexually active in any way. It's small (about pea-size) and red and it hurts to touch.
I am embarrassed to tell my mom but I will if it doesn't go away in a few days. What could it be and what can I do to help it go away?

Please reply if you know anything that it might be or that I can do I am so scared right now.

I read up on multiple threads and saw that more girls had the same problem. I took a hot bath for about 30 minutes. When I got out it had a head (it didn't before) and I popped it. I squeezed until I couldn't get anything else out. The puss was white at first, then it turned yellow, and then it became a clear discharge mixed with blood. I hope I didn't irritate it more and everything is at least a little normal. It's not gone completely but I'm guessing it will take more time to heal, etc. If you have any further advice for me, please please contact me.
