Hi . I Was Searching The Web When This FBI Virus Scam Came Up . It Said That I Needed To Pay $ 400 . I Got Back Into My Computer Through Safe Mode And Now Im Trying To Delete All The Files The Could Be Attached To It The Only Problem Is Don't Know The Name Of The Files Because They Always Change . Could Someone Possibly Help Me It would Be Greatly Appreciated

Run it in Safe Mode. Let it update if it can, then do a full scan.

You can download the installation file from another computer, copy it to a USB key, then install it on the infected computer that has booted up into Safe Mode.

Don't fool around, you have a nasty piece of "ransom ware" you're a hostage... download this from Kaspersky, burn it to USB or a blank CD disc and boot that computer from it first get it:

You can also try to boot up into safe mode with networking but if you have to, download this from a non-infected PC... you can get rid of this yourself :-)
