Well recently about a week ago I noticed this red spot on the bottem of my penis when my hair starts coming in. it looks to be getting bigger and its turning kind of black, like blood. Its on the right side and I'm starting to get really worried because I can't tell my parents I just cant. I'm only 11 and please help. What is this spot? Please say its harmless!! Its been worrying me so bad I can't eat. Nobody in my family knows and none of my friends. Its just something that you could get on your face like a pimple because the spot I'm talking about on my penis is kind of white on the top like a pimple. Please HELP?!

It could be an ingrown hair, considering it's right around where the hair starts. No one online can tell you for sure, though. If this worries you so much that you can't eat, then the best thing to do is to tell your parents so they can take you to the doctor. Why can't you tell your parents? They're really the best resource for this sort of thing.
