My sons wife filed for divorce after 10 days she is 30 he is 19 what does he do she is wpregnant but she wants no contact wtith my son and he wants to talk to her about baby but her mom doesn't let them talk and he has never ever been abusive it was a happy wedding and he dated her since may 2012 she said she loved him and they were married oct30 and she called him on November 9 saying she was filing for divorce help we are lost

No, he doesn't have to sign anything.

He would sign only if he were to agree to an uncontested divorce. If he doesn't agree, she, or her lawyer if she has one, would have to see to it that the divorce is scheduled for trial.

He should contact a divorce attorney in his jurisdiction to detemine what, if anything can be done.

Also Im going to add that there may not even be a divorce taking place but an annullment. In most states if the term of the marriage is under 6 months then it is possible. The other problem that comes from this is that many states won't allow a divorce to become final when there is an ongoing pregnancy. The reason for that is so the child receives a legal father and child support can be set as part of the final divorce decree.

I agree after 10 days the court may do an annulment as listed. But he does not have to sign any papers, it will not stop the divorce, she can still get it, even if he does not sign.

No he can not force her to take to him. She does not have to see him.

After the baby is born, he files for either joint custody, or at least visitation and gets rights to see the baby ( the baby , not the mother.
