Hi
I am new to this but I drastically need help. Less than two years ago, I moved into a manufactured home and for the past year I have had to contact these people who I bought the home from to get my problem taken care of. Both times they put it back on. In the master bathroom, one of the double sinks pipe keep coming out of place or coming loose. I am very tired of calling these people and besides the warranty has expired. How do I fix this problem so as it won't keep coming loose every time I turn the water on and feel water splashing on my feet or ankle. I would like to fix it myself before I call the plumber. Can you tell me how to fix it please?

Is the pipe black plastic? Are you speaking of where it connects to the lavatory waste arrangement before it goes into the black plastic? Is the black plastic fitting over the lavatory waste arrangement barely long enough? Is the branch from the wall to the trap lengthy?

Carolyn11... you have to give us some information to work with. What kind of pipe is it that comes loose, is it a drain pipe or a water pipe does it leak all the time or does it only leak when you turn the faucet on. How big is the pipe? Does it look like it was glued together or does it have some kind of a connection that holds it together.?
All these things would give us a hint.
