That's not really a DIY'er job. What's the problem with the pilot ?

It goes out. Replaced thermocouple. Stays lit for for days than suddenly goes out. After relighting it it will stay on for days. It is in a mobilehome (downdraft) furnace.
When lit the flame is nice blue colored but small.

Is the burner area clear of rust ?
