If I dyed my hair last night, and went to buy a perm today, can I perm my hair without having it to fall out?

You would normally wait a month to perm after dying it. It won't fall out, depending on how over-processed your hair is. I don't know what you do to it all the time.

Your hair will be damaged but a few hot oil treatments one a week will bring it back a bit.
