Have a Goodman GDH80453AXAB, GFA, downdraft setup.
Inducer motor engages, burner lights fine, then as soon as the blower motor kicks on the burner kicks off.
Initially replaced vacuum relay, because of past experience.
Replaced limit switch behind the gas valve. Same issue.
Replaced the limit switch on the blower motor housing.
New flame sensor. The LED indicator light on the circuit board flashes 8 times.
The furnace worked fine during our first cold spell.
Then I had to pull the furnace to replace a water heater, after reinstalling the furnace the problem started.
The only other thing that changed is the ground wire from the wiring that powers the furnace. It was moved from one section of galvanized plumbing to another section.
