I was gone for 3 hrs,came home and I saw a whte haze in my livingroom in my home. There was a musty dry smell in my home. The heat has been going. My nose and eyes feel really dry and I felt a little light headed. The haze cleared when I opened a window. But should I be concerned for myself, my daughter, and my dog?

Leave the windows open or turn off the heat if it is a gas or oil burning unit. I would then call for service to see what is the problem. It might be something simple but you probably want some piece of mind especially with children around.
