My 2 yr old grandson has had diareah for @5 days, threw up this morning, has had no temp, a little pale I guess from not having much of an appetite. Does this sound like flu? He has also finished medicine for ear infection and has tubes in his ears.

Given his ear infections and tubes, I would call his doctor on the chance it is related. And I would take his temp a few times, because it might not be accurate, such as right after drinking.
