What do you think life would like if the world was run by women/they were the dominant sex?

A kinder, gentler place with a lot fewer wars.

We wouldn't be constantly erecting things.
We'd spend more on education than on the military.
We would have talks, more talks, and then more talks. We would talk endlessly. We would solve every problem with talk.
The men would have to channel their energy into more contact sports, and space ships, and I suppose we would let them erect things.

They already think they are good at erections.

"No, not pink, that is too common."
Sorry, that's from a male perspective, I guess from a female it would all be different shades and colours.

I doubt we would see much difference. Most of the world is where it is, because of greed and money, women suffer as much from that as men.
Also when was the last time, men remember their wife or girlfriend really forgiving them, 10 years latter they will state word for word some silly comment. If anything, peace may be harder, since terms for stopping wars may be harder

And what makes you think it isn't? Women may not be overt about it, but they have had considerable influence on how the world is run, especially starting in the 20th century.

LOL Fr_Chuck, women never forget a comment.
But what makes you think there will be wars that will be harder to stop? I claim there won't be any. We will never get to 'terms for stopping wars' because it will take us forever to decide on terms for starting them.
Now I know there have been warrior queens of old, and modern day female leaders. Have any of the last hundred years gone to war? Besides, usually the women in charge have had nothing but men telling them what to do.

Well, quite. Margret Thatcher and Ayn Rand are of course but two shining examples of the 'kindness and gentleness' this planet so sorely needs right now.

I think it's time we women get serious about taking over.

Frankly, I don't see how there would be fewer wars. Women hold grudges a lot longer than men do. With men they usually disagree, fight it out, shake hands, have a beer, and it's forgotten. With a woman they'll put a smile on their face, wait, and when you least expect it they'll bring up that time you screwed up 20 years ago, and act like it was yesterday. We don't forget.
But truthfully, if you think women aren't already running the world, you must be single. ;)
