Does your girlfriend know you want to have sex with another person? Is she okay with you experimenting?
Questions to ask yourself:
1. Is it okay if my girlfriend finds another male to find out what other men are like?
2. Do I have a moral or ethical issue with cheating on someone I am in a relationship with? Will I lose my self-respect if I cheat on my girlfriend?
3. If I can cheat on her, am I really ready for a relationship?
4. Is gaining experience worth losing someone I care about?
5. Do I want to take a chance on impregnating a female I am not in a relationship with? No form of birth control is 100% effective.
6. What is going to stop me from continuing to try out new things and people? Why should I stop?
If your girlfriend doesn't know and you don't plan to tell her, don't try to fool yourself into believing she won't find out. Things like this tend to be poorly kept secrets.
Quite frankly, if you want experience sex with other women, break up with your girlfriend. Let her find someone who cares about her and wants to be with her. Play games with other people when you aren't supposedly in a committed relationship.

Seeker,
You will do what you have set your mind to do. You have already decided what you wanted to do in the first place. You are seeking validation from strangers on something you know maybe is not morally right... that is a debate in itself who defines what is right and wrong morally.
Your answer is simple... You have experienced sex now you want more of it from different sources... Wear a condom and go and try it out.. with your friend or others. Just make sure you let your girlfriend go. I do not believe your karma will be in order if you so choose to step out on a commitment you have made with your first girlfriend. You are young. Do all you can do now before it becomes too serious or you find yourself in a marriage seeking to cheat..

If it is OK, with both girls, ( the one knows it is just sex, nothing else) and the girlfriend knows and it is OK with her.
If you live in a place where it is legal. If everyone is old enough to be legally having sex.
Then there is no reason you can't, many people in various societies have outside sexual affairs with their wives permission.

Without a condom? Only if you are rich enough and willing to pay child support for the next 18 years, or marry the mother to be.
Oh and condoms do leak and break. Failure rate is around 25 - 29%.
