Early in the year I was about 115 lbs. I would run before school for 10 minutes on the Wii. During the summer, being busy and all I got lazy when and ate whenever. Once school started again I started to run again but now I'm at 130lbs. This is ridiculous what can I do to get back to 115 quickly?
