So I was talking to this guy in a public location (not randomly although he spoke to me first while we were next to each other) and he would give me eye contact when we would talk to each other. Even after we stopped speaking for a while, he would sometimes just smile at me or he would stare at me in silence for maybe 10 seconds. After that, we would continue talking. He did give me his calling card but I didn't give him my contact info(I just met him). I didn't know whether he was just being friendly or if he likes me?
