I'm getting into juicing as a way of detoxing/cleansing and weightloss. My biggest concern for something good in the morning usually involves fruit. I don't want that much sugar and was wondering if anybody knew something to juiced that is good in the morning without an overload of sugar.

Carrots? Grapefruit? Beets? (My counseling supervisor at Catholic Charities swore by beets when she was losing weight.)

I'm just trying to get away from juice that is ONLY fruit. I don't think I can juice beets because they are my #1 make me gag food ;)
Carrot/apple juice does make a good juice... but I'm looking for others as well.

Well, then. I vote for a diet heavy with beets. :)
Vegetable juice seems to be the way to go -- low-sodium V8?

Haha, with my luck beets would be a wonder vegetable. YUCK.
I try and juice a lot of greens.. but let's face it, they need some sweeting up most of the time.

Use fake sugar.
