Hi. I just had my Empire direct vent wall heater connected (finally) after being installed for 10 yrs, but not being used. Didn't need it. Now I do. However, after lighting the pilot, the darn burner won't come on. It uses an ITT Gen. Controls B67 control valve. Took the orifice out and checked it for spiders and dust. Was wide open. Don't have a milivolt tester. The dial knob on the valve isn't stuck or tight; it releases easily after lighting the pilot and turning to "on" position. It's virtually a "brand new, 10 yr. old valve" that won't open. Any thoughts? I can't even locate a B67 valve; guess they've been updated, but I don't know what replaces it.
Thanks for your time.
