The unit was put in new in the summer

If the unit was just installed this summer then it should be under warranty. Your best bet is to call back the installer company and have them do a free repair.

Also not much help here since your unit has no brand or model number associated with it. There are probably 5000 different furnaces out there so it would be just about impossible to guess which one you have.
