In Colorado the TRO is filed first and then the PRO within two weeks. If I hire an attorney can they go to those hearing without me or do I have to be present also?
Can they be filed anonymously?

Your attorney can file requests for restraining orders on your behalf.
Restraining orders cannot be anonymous. Of course, then the restrained party wouldn't know who they are ordered to stay away from. It will be obvious that the order is entered on your behalf.
You will need to go to court probably to testify as to your need for the order. If you are concerned about the safety of appearing, your attorney can advise you how to manage that concern and can request extra security from the court. Family court can be dangerous and the courts do not want anything violent happening in the court house. They take requests for extra security seriously. This can include a security escort to and from your car, and additional security in the courtroom but of course, each court system has their own protocols.
Talk to your attorney about what can be done in your jurisdiction.
