I have problems on my hair.

I have been losing 300 and more strand of hairs everyday, what shall I do to avoid it?
I am having 3 spots of bald part on my different places of my head, it scaring me
And I am ashamed to go out because of this continuesly falling hair.

I am also ashamed to go to a doctor and show my bald parts..
Please help me resolved this problem without me going to a doctor.

You have two choices.. buy a wig... or go to a doctor. Because nobody can diagnose you online.

Seriously... NOTHING can substitute for a doctors experience.. being able to actually see you and run tests.
