I've got a pigeon problem on my balcony so I can't open any windows or turn on my AC. The hallway is nice and cool but my apartment is blazing hot. Until the pigeon problem is taken care of, how can I cool off my apartment other than opening the door to the hallway?

I don't understand why you can't turn on the AC ? Birds or no birds it should not effect AC
