I am trying to figure out what the going rate would be for detailed retail after construction cleaning of a two story 25,000 square foot building? Detailed meaning dusting & cleaning entire walls ceiling to floor, strip restroom floors, vaccuuming & mopping entire floor area, including removing tape residue, gum, etc from tile floors, etc... any ideas?

Is this a construction clean up or a final clean prior to opening, makes a difference in pricing.
