Let me start by saying that I'm going to have this baby no matter what happens with my family. I'm taking every step I take responsibly and thank God my boyfriend is by my side and he is a nice guy which is my same age only a month older.

I really want to tell my grandmother whom I live with that I am pregnant and I will have this baby no matter what happens and then I want to tell my mother whom I don't live with because she left me a bunch of times with my sister for her boyfriends.

I know I have what it takes to be a good mom even though that means having to sacrifice stuff I used to love doing. I'm looking for a job and I just want my family to be there for me and give me support like they did w. my cousin when she came out pregnant at age 16 and how they are doing for my 19 year old cousin who got a 17 year old pregnant. My family isn't close but every newborn baby in the family brings happiness. I'm going to finish high school and I will keep studying even though it will be a little difficult if I don't get any support.

My boyfriend is very happy and I am too -- we are from P.R. He treats me like a princess and he has always been there for me. I just found out I'm pregnant and I feel prepared to tell my family even though I am a little worried of how they will react but It will be my mother's first grandchild because my older sister can't have babies and my mom is sick so hopefully even though it will be hard for her to understand she will be very happy. I want to tell him as soon of possible because I want to take great care of my pregnancy.

Thanks for your help. I would appreciate any feedback. :)

Do you think your family (and his?) will be both financially and emotionally supportive?

I know my mom will. She's the one who alway's said that before she dies she would love to be a grandmother. And she did buy everything for my cousin which she's like a daughter for her when she came out pregnant and now she is 23 and a great mother of two bby's

He has a great mother and she has 5 grand children already so Idk. But I'm going to do what it takes to get a job ASAP.
