Hi,
I just had a new bathtub/shower installed as the previous one was 30 years old and tile was peeling off walls and diverter broken. Now, however, the water running to fill tub (from single handle controlled faucet) is RIDICULOUSLY loud. It hurts my ears loud. Not squeeky or rattly or thumpy, just like really fast flowing loud running water. It is slightly quieter at certain points of turning the temperature & quiet when shower was on. My contractor said he did not know what would cause this. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
