I helped out a lady in need with her daugther , they had no place to stay and lady is a volunteer or some sort of staff at a police station. She doesn't pay rent or bills or helps in any way when I gaved her a room to stay , we had a verbal agreement that once she found something she was going to move out now she refuses to move and I need that room I have all my ourdoor stuff laying around my back yard!! Not long ago the lady brought in her mother to live here too now there's 3 people living in my property and my mistake I turn off some house services and she called the police and police didn't do nothing cause they think she paying rent or giving money in anyway. I NEED HELP TO GET THIS PEOPLE OUT OF MY HOUSE THEY BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR!!

What state is this in... if you are in Florida you only have to give 15 days notice before going to court to have it enforced... its 30 days most places but 60 in parts of California I believe.
Get back with that answer and we can provide you more information.

Police said that she had all the right to not paid rent or help cause I let her in to my house and for me to get her out is court , and talked to a lawyer and he says that I have to pay her at least $10,000 so she can reinstalled somewhere else cause the mother is a senior and her daugther is under age .

That doesn't sound right. You need to give her written notice to vacate within 30 days. If they don't you file for an eviction order!

Personally I'd stick my lawn furniture in their room anyway... at least what fits... and start making things as uncomfortable as I could for them.

Item #8 specifically applies to you.
If they have been there less than a year like you said... do it now. a 30 day notice... as I read that... after they are there for a year the notice period becomes 60 days...

And where can I file an eviction order , because she helps out at a police station she has all this help but the thing is that they don't knoe she Don't pay rent or bills. So she intimidates us and latetly she bring in people I tell her its like I was talking to a wall

This also tells you what you can not do specifically... it may be your property... but you have to be very careful... and some of these lessons can be costly and painful...

You have her served... like a registered letter you can prove she got...
Here is a 30day notice form.. I believe is the correct one.

I assume you OWN this property and are not in a rent controlled property.
First you have her served with a copy of that... if she has not left by day 31... you file with the court for unlawful detainer (basically enforce the eviction) Once that gets through the court and you win... the Sheriffs will remove them from the property THEN you can legally change the locks.

The problem is that if I give her a 30 day notice she has lots of help from the police station, the Secretary Council, and the people who has authority over me. When I tell her to move she starts to threaten me that she has all this help from the police station people, other important people she knows, and that she's going to send inspection.

You have two choices... either do it or put up with it... I'm sorry, I don't see a third option.
If she threatens you call the police... I doubt someone who would be homeless if they weren't leeching off someone else really has friends that good in the police dept...
